Delivery & Return Information
Please bear in mind, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of despatch, rather than from the moment you place your order. As each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year. So if your order isn’t despatched straight away, don’t panic! We’re on it.

All shipping estimates are from when payment is received by CHERRY BOMB, estimates are based on Transdirect shipping estimates and costs
Track Your Parcel
To track your parcel please use the consignment number you will receive from TransDirect when your order is processed. This can be tracked directly with Transdirect through their website at www.transdirect.com.au.
For any international orders we recommend you contact our customer care team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order, this way we can provide you with an accurate delivery fee before your order is placed, we aim to find you the cheapest or quickest delivery option to suit your needs.

Faulty, Damaged or Different to how described
If your item is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described follow these easy steps:
- Take a photo of the item/s
- Send the photo to email@example.com along with your order reference number
- Our customer care team will contact you to arrange the return of the product. Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. Please allow up to seven days for the refund to process.
Simple Exchange or Change of Mind
If you wish to exchange your item/s please follow these easy steps:

If you are returning your order because you’ve simply changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods.
